1. Admission & Residency
- Admission is based on the availability of accommodations and the fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
- Residents and their families must provide accurate medical and personal information during the admission process.
- The management reserves the right to accept or deny admission based on the individual’s health condition and facility suitability.
- Any changes in health status must be reported to the management for appropriate care adjustments.
2. Care & Services
- Preeti Welfare provides daily living assistance, medical care, and recreational activities as per the agreed service plan.
- While we strive to ensure the well-being of all residents, we are not responsible for any pre-existing or newly developed medical conditions beyond our scope of care.
- Medical emergencies will be handled with immediate attention, and families will be notified promptly.
3. Fees & Payments
- Fees are determined based on the level of care required and are subject to change with prior notice.
- Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Any delays in payment may result in penalties or suspension of services.
- No refunds will be provided for voluntary discontinuation of services or early discharge.
4. Code of Conduct
- Residents are expected to maintain a respectful and peaceful environment. Any disruptive behavior may lead to reconsideration of residency.
- Visitors are welcome during designated hours and must follow the facility’s guidelines.
- Damage to property or violation of rules may result in penalties or legal action.
5. Privacy & Confidentiality
- Personal and medical information of residents will be kept confidential and used only for internal purposes.
- Preeti Welfare reserves the right to use images and videos taken during events for promotional activities unless objected to by the resident or family in writing.
6. Safety & Security
- We prioritize resident safety with security measures, emergency protocols, and trained staff.
- The management is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or unforeseen incidents beyond reasonable control.
7. Termination & Discharge
- Preeti Welfare reserves the right to terminate residency in cases of:
- Medical conditions that exceed the facility’s care capabilities.
- Non-payment of fees beyond the grace period.
- Violation of facility rules and regulations.
- Residents or their legal guardians may request discharge with prior notice.
8. Amendments
- These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Preeti Welfare management. Updates will be communicated to residents and their families as necessary.
