- Payments made for accommodation, medical care, and other services are non-refundable, except as explicitly mentioned in this policy.
- Refunds will only be considered in specific situations and will be processed in accordance with the terms outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:
A. Service Cancellation by Preeti Welfare
- If services are discontinued due to facility-related issues or operational constraints, a prorated refund for the unused service period may be issued.
B. Early Discharge Due to Medical Reasons
- If a resident must leave due to a serious medical condition that cannot be managed at our facility, a partial refund may be considered for the remaining unused duration.
- Proper medical documentation must be provided for review.
C. Duplicate Payment
- If a payment is made more than once due to a technical or clerical error, the excess amount will be refunded upon verification.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:
- Voluntary withdrawal or discharge of a resident without prior notice.
- Non-utilization of services after payment has been made.
- Violation of facility rules and regulations, leading to termination of services.
- Failure to provide the required notice period for service discontinuation.
- Payments made for registration, administrative, or processing fees.
4. Return Policy for Donations or Contributions
- Donations made to Preeti Welfare are non-refundable.
- If a donation is made in error or an incorrect amount is processed, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction for resolution.
5. Refund Process
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing along with valid reasons and supporting documents (if applicable).
- Refund requests will be reviewed by the administration team within 15 business days of submission.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 30 business days via the original payment method or an agreed alternative.
